As a neat freak and bug-fearing germophobe, Nicole has learned many life-changing lessons through stepping out of her comfort zone on medical mission trips around the world. Join Nicole as she recounts some of her inspirational, exciting, heartwarming and also comical stories of her adventures abroad. Nicole will encourage women as she shares how she encountered God’s faithfulness despite her many weaknesses. Women will learn how to thrive despite their weakness as they discover for themselves that God is strong not when they are strong, but when they depend on Him (2 Cor. 12:10). Women will be thoroughly blessed as they more readily depend on an almighty, kind, gracious, compassionate, loving, patient, and able God to meet them in their place of need.

Through the Old Testament story of Rahab, women will see how steps of faith and obedience lead to God’s blessing. Women will become more skilled in fighting fear with faith, so they can successfully overcome life’s obstacles by fully trusting in a faithful God. From the life of Rahab, women will be inspired to overcome lies they believe about themselves with the truth of their identity in Christ. In addition, the reminder of who God is will bring freedom and boldness to even the most timid follower of Christ. Women will be motivated to take bold steps of faith in obedience to God, leading to joy and satisfaction in walking according to His plan for their lives.

By leading women through the powerful prayer of Paul from first chapter of Colossians, women will be inspired by the reminder that through the trinity, we have been supplied with all we need for life here on earth. In Christ, we have access to the Father and are sealed by the Holy Spirit so we are fully equipped and supplied with all we need from a supernatural source. Women will be encouraged to call on God as their source of help and hope in the midst of life’s challenging circumstances and disappointments. They will feel more peace and freedom as they learn to rely on God to carry them during difficult days and to depend on Him as their source of guidance, endurance, and strength.
