Feeling alone today weary mom? Click the link below and hear from my friend Wendy Palau about why we can live with hope:

“It’s been really difficult.” I recently got together with a few of my mom friends and as we discussed how things had been going at our various homes, we all came to the same conclusion: life has been challenging! While many photos I see on social media are of moms making delicious banana bread without evidence of a mess, tackling homeschool without any meltdowns, or taking bike rides without any spills, things don’t seem to run as smoothly in the Furno household. I’m not afraid to admit that at times over the last few months I have felt exhausted, stretched, worried, and frustrated.
But no matter how we are feeling today, the truth is that we are not alone. Jesus promised before He left earth that He would be with us always (Matthew 28:20). We can rely on Jesus to help us because He will never leave us or forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Since He is with us, this encourages our hearts, but also fills them with hope for today and the days to come. Because of Jesus’ presence with us, every mom, but also every person in this world can have hope, even when things are really difficult.
